Cat and 'the paparazzi' Lucy

On Sunday 2nd October the Fishing For Everyone Ladies Fishing Club visited Whinney Loch near Berwick in the Scottish Borders.

17 ladies attended the event including three beginners. Coaching by Deborah Ford, Lucy Bowden and Jenny Lindley was offered to all ladies on the day and the event  saw the ladies land an outstanding 18 fish.

Lucy said;

“Another superb fishing event was held at Whinney on Sunday. Unfortunately, the weather really wasn’t on our side in the morning with driving rain and wind but by lunchtime the sun started to break through the cloud and it turned into quite a pleasant day, which in turn helped the fishing.

“We ended the day with a BBQ organised by club member and Hardy & Greys Marketing Manager, Cat Mcginty which made a lovely end to a fantastic day.”
